jyjilicom Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the terms and rules that apply to using the jyjilicom platform — please read it in full before registering.
Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jyjilicom platform and all of its services. When you create an account on jyjilicom, log in, or use any service, you will be considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.
jyjilicom is committed to operating a safe and transparent online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

1 User Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the services on jyjilicom. No person under the age of 21 is eligible to use this platform. jyjilicom treats the protection of minors as a top priority and reserves the right to verify your age.
1.2 Residence and Jurisdiction
You confirm that participating in online gaming activities is lawful in the region from which you are accessing the platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.
1.3 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.
2 Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Information
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of the Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
jyjilicom may request identity verification documents at any time, such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Completing identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to verify or refusal to provide documents is valid grounds for account suspension.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. Do not share your account details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- On a successful deposit, your account balance will be updated instantly.
- The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements on any bonus have been met.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on jyjilicom are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and a conversion fee may be charged separately.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only, once.
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after the bonus is activated, the bonus may be forfeited.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion has its own specific terms, which apply alongside these general Terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- If a user operates multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts suspended.
- jyjilicom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
4.3 VIP Program
jyjilicom operates three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. The benefits and terms for each VIP tier apply separately.
5 Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play
jyjilicom uses a third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure a fair and transparent gaming experience. All game outcomes are completely random and free from bias.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical fault, server disruption, or software issue, jyjilicom reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Any payout resulting from an error will be considered void.
5.3 Betting Limits
Each game and table has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Separate limits may apply when betting with bonus balance.
6 Prohibited Activities
6.1 Generally Prohibited
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
- Colluding with other players or employing fraudulent strategies.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using third-party cards or payment methods.
7 Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection and Use
jyjilicom collects, stores, and processes users' personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.2 Force Majeure
jyjilicom will not be held liable if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, changes in government policy, network failures, or any other uncontrollable cause. In such circumstances, service will be restored as quickly as reasonably possible.
9.3 Third-Party Content
Our platform includes content provided by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others). The terms of service of these providers may also apply.
10 Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before closure, or unfulfilled bonuses will be cancelled. Verified balances are withdrawable.
10.2 Closure by jyjilicom
jyjilicom may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of the Terms.
- Suspected fraud or cheating.
- Providing false identity or documents.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.

12 Changes to Terms
12.1 Notification
jyjilicom reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified in advance as much as possible via their registered email or through the platform.
12.2 Continued Use
If you continue to use the platform after changes to the terms, you will be considered to have fully accepted the revised terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.
